Terms and Conditions

This site lists used electronic test equipment available for sale. All equipment, unless otherwise indicated, is fully reconditioned to meet original manufacturer specifications.

All equipment is subject to prior sale. Prices listed in this website are current as of the last update (usually within 2 weeks) and supersede those listed in any prior advertising. These are subject to change without notice.

WARRANTY: All reconditioned equipment is warranted for 90 days after it is received. During this period KANDEL ELECTRONICS, INC. will repair or replace, as it sees fit, the equipment at no charge to the customer. If any equipment should fail during the warranty period, AFTER RECEIVING RETURN AUTHORIZATION, it should be returned to KANDEL ELECTRONICS, INC. prepaid. Items damaged in shipping or through customer abuse are not covered by this warranty policy.

Methods of Payment

CHECK WITH ORDERS: Please include FULL PAYMENT for merchandise plus sufficient allowance for shipping costs and insurance. C.O.D. ORDERS: Company checks accepted from qualifying firms. Ask your salesperson which shipping companies accept C.O.D. shipments.

OPEN ACCOUNTS: Terms of Net 30 days are extended to firms well-rated by Dun & Bradstreet, government agencies, schools, and to firms qualifying after our credit department review. We require the NET amount to be paid within 30 days of invoicing.

CREDIT CARDS: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted.

SHIPPING: All orders are shipped F.O.B. Oreland, PA unless otherwise agreed upon. Shipments are made via UPS or other normal methods determined at the time of sale. KANDEL ELECTRONICS, INC. insures shipments for full value unless otherwise noted.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: In case of shipping damage, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipper. The customer should inspect the shipping container upon arrival and note any evidence of damage on the freight receipt. If concealed damage is found after opening, the customer should file a claim with the carrier at once. You must retain the shipping container and packaging materials.
