This unit operates at clock frequencies of 50 to 2000MHz and is suitable for research and development of ultra-high speed logical circuits, ultra-high speed PCM devices, and transmission systems. Measuring patterns are pseudo-random pattern with 32,767 bit lengths and programmable paterns of 8, 12, and 24 bit lengths. The MS65A is used in combination with the MG642A Pulse Patern Generator.
